Dear Readers,

For the past months, big AI tech has been messing really hard with the Phoblographer. They’ve made our traffic have a major drop even though we’ve got clear evidence that we’re still reporting on the stories that you folks want to read. With that said, I’m pleading with you folks to help us out with a few things, please.

  1. Subscribe to the Phoblographer’s Annual subscription: For $25/year, you get 11 different benefits. You can subscribe at this link. No one does anything to that level. If anything, I’m bold enough to say that another website rhyming with pickle copied our idea. But didn’t do as good of a job.

  2. Set us as a Google Preferred Source: Please set us as a source preference by clicking this link and then clicking the check mark to ensure that we’re set as a news preference.

  3. Buy our Presets: If you want to make your images look the way they do in our reviews, try our presets at an affordable price.

I’m not kidding around on this. This is the hardest we’ve had problems like this for a very long time.

So what’s going on?

Well, a lot. Google changed Search and Discover to rely more on AI because they think that it should be what’s giving you the news instead.

Then Meta tried scraping our website to feed their AI.

Today, Microsoft is scraping our images to feed their AI.

And all of it is leaving us with a pittance despite us giving our best organic efforts to deliver good quality.

If we get 10,000 subscribers, we’d be more or less fine to survive for the year. But folks, we need your help.
