Leica Revamps Its Lens Lineup With Bold Safari and Glossy Black Finishes
By Nilofer Khan
December 4, 2025
Leica cameras and lenses have been pretty exceptional in myriad ways. The company has introduced iconic models such as the Leica M6, the M10 Monochrom, and the M11-D. Like the devices, the optics that support them have also been pretty great. For instance, the Summicron, Elmarit, and Summilux have continued to offer distinct focal ranges, each designed to meet the needs of different genres of photographers. To add to this range, Leica is announcing four M-lenses in distinct colors: olive green and glossy black. Here is a look at which models will be available in these shades.

Your Film Photography Store Has a Big Problem. And You Can’t Help
By Chris Gampat

The only way that consumers can really help the film photo shops is by buying even more film: which we all know is unsustainable. So what's happening?

In recent weeks, camera searches have undergone significant changes. While some still look for full-frame cameras online, others have been looking the other way. For instance, compact cameras are back in trend, but so are DSLRs. The Fuji X Recipe Generator Puts Fujifilm “Film” Recipes in Your Pocket
By Alberto Lima
December 3, 2025
I’ve been shooting with Fujifilm cameras for fun and work since 2014. I was a bit of a latecomer to the system, buying my first X-Pro (first generation) about four years after its initial launch. What blew me away instantly was the film simulations that made straight-out-of-camera JPEGs viable in a way that I hadn’t experienced before. Now, 11 years later, I’m always looking for a new film recipe, and the Fuji X Recipe Generator helps you have a new look to try in your pocket.

By Feroz Khan

You might be tempted to think that this article is about the Nikon Imaging Recipes found on their Imaging Cloud website, but that's not the case. This piece is dedicated to some selfless souls who want Nikon users to incorporate the classic film stock looks of the analog era into their mirrorless cameras. If I were being honest, I'd say they've really given Nikon owners the dream looks that many photographers in the last decade looked to Fujifilm for.
